When schedule a trip an enrolle need to have the following information available for the call taker:

. Birth Date

. Address, Contact number, date and time of your appointment

. Destination

. Transportation vendor with whom you prefer to ride:  you may request Aguila Car & Limo.

. Mention other special instructions needed for the trip.
